As a member of Brookwood Lake Subdivision, residents have access to the common areas of the Brookwood Lake Subdivision which include a pool, playground, clubhouse to rent for your special event, and four lighted tennis courts. ALTA, USTA, T2 and Ultimate tennis teams keep the courts full all year round.

Clubhouse Rental

The clubhouse is located at 2305 Brookwater Drive and is available for rental year around pending availability.
