As of December 1st, 2024 Glemoor has partnered with Homeowner Management Services Inc. to help manage the upkeep of our beloved community.
Reminder of Homeowner Responsibilities
One of the responsibilities of the Glenmoor HOA Board of Directors is to periodically assess our neighborhood to ensure the by-laws within our Covenant are adhered to. The focus of this assessment is to establish as much consistency as possible, ensure beautification of our neighborhood and be both respectful and fair to all the Homeowners within our community.
Some homeowners may have plans of making changes to the exterior of your homes or making changes in the yard this Spring once temperatures begin to rise and the weather gets nicer. Please keep in mind the Glenmoor HOA Board ask that homeowners keep in mind the rules and regulations as stated in the Declaration of Covenants Article VIII, Design Standards, and Maintenance Standards that can all be found on the "Governance" page of our website.
Beginning in 2025 the Annual Dues* will increase to $742 and will be due on or before January 1st each year. Any Dues not received by January 1st each year will be subject to interest charges until paid per the Declaration of Covenants & By-Laws.
Invoices are mailed out by HMS around mid-late November each year and payments in full must be made to HMS by January 1st . Please refer to your Annual dues invoice from HMS for payment methods.
*All dues must be current for the ability to utilize the neighborhood amenities (e.g. pool, tennis courts, tennis teams).
Monthly meetings are held every 3rd Thursday at 6:00pm* at the Brookwood Lakes clubhouse and homeowners are welcome to attend.
*Meeting date and time are subject to change without notice. If interested in attending a meeting, feel free to contact the HOA for exact date and time of upcoming meeting.
